A Chronicle of Growth, Partnership, and Artful Innovations

In 1990, Real Color was founded, offering high-quality printed vinyl, photographs, posters, banners, interpretive displays, trade show graphics, and fine art giclee reproductions.

In 2018, Real Color added larger, more permanent outdoor signage, ADA Braille, architectural consulting, and permit expediting to the services offered to the business and art community of the Bay Area. In 2020, new partners joined with a slightly different focus, adding experience in the world of art sales and management, and the new direction was marked with a new name: SignAge & ArtWorks. 

While continuing to offer all of the printing services carried forward from Real Color and a broader range of signage, both interior and exterior, our new focus on the business of art means that we are ready to fill the graphics needs of the Bay Area’s business, education, health services, construction, and art communities.

SignAge & ArtWorks is a majority woman-owned and operated business.
